A winning team

THE Birchwood office of BHA Skyes Waterhouse, formerly Osborne Estate Agents, have been named as the top office in the company's northern region. As reward for this achievement the branch manager, Ray Egan, will be enjoying a weekend in Prague.

Mr Egan said : "The award indicates the quality of service and professionalism provided by my team.

"1998 was a record year for sales and the trend looks set to continue through 1999. The office is experiencing an exceptionally high level of activity and demand for properties in all price brackets."
