BARBARA JOYCE CROSS Passed away peacefully at her home in Penketh on Saturday 26th August 2017 with her family by her side. Barbara, aged 88, widow of Ken lived in Penketh all her married life and in her later working years was employed as a Post Lady for Joseph Crosfield until her retirement. She enjoyed holidays and spending time with her family and will be very much missed by them all. Barbara leaves six children, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Following a Celebration of Barbara's Life held at Walton Lea Crematorium, the family wish to thank everybody for their kind support and generous donations to Alzheimer's Society. Special thanks to the staff of Bridgewater Home Care for their invaluable help and friendship during her period of ill health. Arrangements were made through Maddocks Funeral Directors, the family express their thanks for the excellent service provided by them.
