ERIC HOLT The family of the late Eric Holt wish to express their sincere gratitude for all the support sympathy and donations they received on the sad loss of their dear father. Thank you to all the medical staff and Macmillan nurses who treated Eric with dignity. To the minister David McDonald, the Cheshire funeral services and many others who helped with the service to make it truly memorable. The donations will be passed on to the Macmillan cancer support team. Thank you.
