ELLEN CLARK nee FORDE Dean, Lewis, Rita, John, Michaelwould like to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who attended Ellen's funeral, also everyone that sent cards and messages of sympathy. Thanks to Dr. Cox - Greenbank Surgery, Wards A1 and C20 Warrington Hospital for the care given to Ellen during her stay in hospital. Special thanks to all the cancer teams from both Clatterbridge and Halton Hospitals. Many thanks to Deacon Tony Kerrigan, Rachel and all the staff at Knox & Sons for their care, compassion and support. Finally, thank you to everyone who donated money to McMillan Cancer on behalf of Ellen.
