JULIE ANNE RIGBY Andy, Tom and Jon would like to thank Wendy, Carol, family and friends for all their support during Julie's illness and their kind thoughts, messages of condolence and donations. We would also like to thank Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, wards A7, A1, C.C.U and Daresbury at Warrington Hospital, also the District, Nurses and Macmillan Nurses for the care and dedication given to Julie. Also thanking Deacon Mike Birchall for a lovely service and all those who attended to help make the celebration of Julie's life so special
