SARAH Spencer, wife of Stewart Spencer, died on July 16, aged 41.
Mrs Spencer lived in the Warrington area all her life.
She was employed in the pharmacy at Warrington Hospital.
Mrs Spencer enjoyed shopping at the Trafford Centre and loved spending time with her family.
She leaves her husband, a daughter, a son, a sister and a brother.
A service was held on July 30 at Christ Church Padgate, followed by cremation at Walton Lea.
The Rev Neil Shaw officiated.
Arrangements were made by Knox & Son.
