KAY Maureen Addison (known as Maureen), partner of Alan P Dakin died of MS, pneumonia and COPD on December 20 aged 69.
Mrs Addison, from Grappenhall, was born in Southampton, and worked in the neurological department as a secretary until 23 when she was diagnosed with MS.
She leaves her partner and other family.
A celebration of her life was held on January 7 followed by cremation at Walton Lea.
Arrangements were made by Co-operative Funeralcare.
