JACK SMITH Peacefully in hospital on the 9th August 2018, Jack aged 91 years of Lymm. Much loved husband of the late Sheila Smith. Loving brother and a much loved friend & family member. Funeral Service at Altrincham Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd August at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Cancer Research UK.
