DEREK JAMES SMITH Passed away peacefully in hospital on 14th June 2017 aged 78 years. A much loved brother to Paul and Tony, uncle and great uncle. Derek will be sadly missed by all his loving family, friends and all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at 2.00pm on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at St Bridgets Church followed by committal at Walton Lea Crematorium, Chester Road, Warrington.
