FRANK MICHAEL FLANAGAN Frank passed away peacefully at home on 10th March 2017, aged 73 years. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. A funeral service will take place at St. Elphins Church, Warrington 27th March 2017 at 11.45am followed by a committal service at Walton Lea Crematorium commencing at 1.00pm.
