GLYN JONES 20th September 2016 Passed away after a long illness in Royal Derby Hospital, aged 61 years. Glyn the beloved son of Renee and the late Ron, dearly loved father of Natalie, loving grandfather to Holly, formerly of the Lamb Hotel, Nantwich. Funeral service at Nantwich Parish Church, Monday 3rd October 2016, at 1.00pm Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Samaritans.
