JAN FAHERTY Sadly passed away on the 24th April 2016,at Warrington General Hospital, Aged 71 years Jan will be deeply missed by his loving partner George (Alec) Family and Friends, Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday 4th May 2016 at St Thomas' Church at 10.30am,Followed by burial at Fox Covert Cemetery at 11.30am.
