DAVID JOHN BERRY DAVE Passed away peacefully at home on 13th November 2015. A much loved husband, dad, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 3rd December 2015, at Walton Lea Crematorium, Chester Road, Warrington at 11.40am. Family flowers only.
