JACK BOOTE Passed away peacefully at, The Old Vicarage Nursing Home, on Tuesday 17th November 2015, aged 87 years. Devoted husband to Amy, much loved dad to Cheryl & Alayne and a dear grandad, he will be sadly missed by all of his family & friends. The funeral service will take place at Risley Independent Methodist Church on Monday 7th December 2015, at 10:45am, followed by committal at Walton Lea Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
