DEREK HOLDEN Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Thursday 5th November 2015, aged 66 years. Devoted husband to Lindsay, loving dad to Kerrie & Lee, much loved grandad to Emilia, Elijah & Isobelle. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends The funeral service will take place at Risley Independent Methodist Chapel on Friday 20th November 2015 at 10:45am, followed by committal at Walton Lea Crematorium.
