DIANNE MARY CHAN (nee Gilfedder) Passed away peacefully at home on 11th August 2015 aged 59 years. Beloved wife of Fu Keung Chan, much loved mum of Sarah, Helen and Benjamin, and grandma to Jade. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at St Peter and St Michael Church, Woolston on Tuesday 1st September 2015 at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment at Fox Covert Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations gratefully accepted to Macmillan Cancer Support, Cancer Research UK, and Stockton Heath Medical Centre c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, Stockton Heath Tel 01925 262000.

When we were you we felt we were invincible, Now, as we get older we are not so resilient to what life throws at us.
