YVONNE ANNETTE PERRINS Passed away peacefully at, Warrington General Hospital on, Sunday 18th January 2015, aged 69 years. Much loved Mum, best friend & hero to Andrew, Stephen & Craig, devoted Nana to her Grandchildren, she will be dearly missed, but never forgotten, by all of her family & friends.A Requiem Mass will take place at St Stephen’s RC Church on Friday 6th February 2015 at 10:30am, followed by committal at Walton Lea Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, will be sent to various charities that were close to Yvonne’s heart.
