DANIEL JOHN FORD Passed away peacefully on 17th October 2014 aged 25 years. A loving Son and Brother who gave his family and friends 25 years of happiness. He will be sadly missed by his Mum, Dad and brother Matt. The funeral service will take place on Friday 31st October at St Elphin's Parish Church at 2pm followed by cremation at Walton Lea at 3pm and a celebration of his life at The Village Hotel at 4pm onwards.
