JAMES WILLIAM WELSBY (JIM) In Warrington General Hospital ITU with his family at his side on 7t h October 2014 aged 68 years. Beloved husband to Liz, dear dad to Ian, Emilia, Tony and Sue. Cherished grandad to Olivia, Daniel, Kyle, Ashleigh, Vicki, Megan and Sian and great grandad to Luca. He will be very sadly missed by all his loving family and many friends. A funeral service will be held at All Saints Church, Newton Le Willows on Friday 17th October 2014 at 2.00pm followed by cremation at St Helens Crematorium at 3.00pm.
