Treasured birthday memories of a much loved Wife, Mum & Nan 29th January BELLA NOAKES Today it is your birthday mum, a day that we find hard, You never wanted any fuss, but you always loved your card, It breaks our hearts to know that you're no longer here, we know before the day has passed we'll all have shed a tear.
