WHAT a pleasure to read Brother Joseph’s letter in the December 28 issue of the Warrington Guardian about the tragic Brianna Ghey case.
This man’s compassion is surely shared by all right-thinking Warrington residents at this sad time.
Brianna’s mother displayed admirable dignity and strength at the crown court hearing of the two teenagers found guilty of her daughter’s killing.
Her expressions of empathy and compassion towards the parents of the defendants showed true exemplary love for others.
Fellow American citizens might have remembered the strength of Jacqueline Kennedy and her stoicism in the face or mindless hatred in the wake of President Kennedy’s assassination, some 60 years ago.
Thank you, Brother Joseph. Brianna, rest in power.
